Privacy Policy

Sculpt Marketing & Consulting (“Sculpt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit sculptconsulting.com, fill out one of our forms (including forms inside our ads on Facebook and Instagram), book a call, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains how we use, share, and protect that information, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Sculpt Marketing & Consulting is a family-owned marketing and business consulting company based in Loganville, Georgia, USA. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers information we collect for our own business. When we run marketing, advertising, or lead-management services for our clients, we may handle information about our clients’ customers on their behalf. That information is governed by our client’s privacy policy and our agreement with that client, so questions about it should go to the business you dealt with.

  • Form submissions, including information you enter in forms on our website, in lead forms within our ads on Facebook and Instagram, or in similar forms on other platforms, along with your answers to any qualifying questions.
  • Scheduling details, such as the date, time, and notes you provide when you book a discovery call or consultation.
  • Communications, including the content of emails, text messages, calls, chats, and meetings with us, and information you share about your business, goals, and marketing performance.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit our website, our service providers and we automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location (based on your IP address), pages you view, links you click, the website or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising platforms: When you submit a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered with us. We may also receive campaign and conversion information from platforms such as Meta and Google, for example, which ad you responded to.
  • Service providers: Our scheduling, CRM, and communication tools send us information about your interactions with us.
  • Public business sources: We may review publicly available information about your business, such as your website, online listings, and reviews, to prepare for a consultation.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as health information or government ID numbers, and we ask that you not send it to us.

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up on forms you submit.
  • Schedule and hold discovery calls, business diagnostics, and consultations.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us (for example, by checking a consent box on a form), we may send you texts about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, and, where you have agreed, marketing messages. We may also call you at the number you provide to follow up on your request.

  • Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, CRM and marketing automation platforms (for example, GoHighLevel), email and text-message delivery, scheduling, video meetings, payment processing, analytics, and IT support. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, through cookies and pixels and when we measure the results of our ad campaigns.
  • Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers, who are bound by confidentiality.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sculpt, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared for marketing purposes.

Cookies, pixels, and analytics

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Pixels and tags are small pieces of code that tell a service when a page loads or an action happens. We use these technologies to:

  • Make the website work, for example, to keep forms and security features running.
  • Understand how visitors use the site, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Measure and improve our advertising, using tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags. These show us whether our ads lead to website visits or form submissions, and may let us show our ads to people who have visited our site.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to you, maintaining our business relationship, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Information about prospects who do not become clients is kept while we may reasonably follow up, then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed. If you opt out of marketing, we keep a record of that request so we can honor it.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers with their own security programs. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.

Your choices and rights

  • Marketing emails: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or contact us. We may still send you service-related messages.
  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any message.
  • Phone calls: Ask us on any call, or email us, to stop calling you, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. These can include the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to access and get a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, or certain profiling. Some state laws treat advertising cookies and pixels as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.”

To make a request, email us with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you are asking for. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us, and we will delete it.

Our website and emails may link to websites, platforms, and social media pages we do not control, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By providing information to us, you understand that it will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant, we may give additional notice. Please review this page periodically.
